The exact scope depends on the property, but the usual order of work is as follows.

We inspect molehills, tunnels, and the extent of damage to distinguish active tunnels from old ones.

We choose a control method based on plot size, soil, how the area is used, and safety requirements.

We place the control tools in active tunnels and mark any spots that should not be disturbed.

We check the result at the agreed time and adjust placement if the mole has moved to a new area.
